General Risk Assessment

We can use your existing methodology, help you tweak it, or develop one from scratch alongside your team. Although we may leverage the knowledge we’ve gained from our many other risk assessments engagement, we will never write or perform one-size-fits-all general risk assessments. Regardless, the output from all our risk assessment engagements is understandable and easy to both maintain and keep updated.

Product Risk Assessment

Assessing a product’s inherent ML/TF risks based on its vulnerabilities and threats can seem straightforward in theory but is often complex in practice. If done wrong, it is easy to end up with a high-level analysis with very limited usefulness. It is only when the inherent risks are carefully analyzed and understood in detail that is it possible to implement effective controls and mitigating measures. We always ensure that the risk assessment is hands-on and useful in practice.

Country Risk Assessment

Our approach to country risk assessment (CRA) is robust, yet simple and and easy to understand. For large and complex institutions, we help clients develop their own country risk assessment based on customized methodologies. In other cases, our off-the-shelf models will suffice.

Our approach to industry risk assessments is always based on both external and internal information. For the assessment based on external information, we can happily provide you with our well-regarded off-the-shelf industry risk assessment.
