How do you keep your gaze fixed on industry trends, and how does Frank Penny help you stay focused on the horizon?

We lead in AML by staying ahead of emerging threats and opportunities. With a focus on model risk management and cutting-edge AML models, we set trends rather than follow them. Our proactive learning culture ensures we're always ahead of the curve.

What aspect of our company's mission resonates most with you, and how do you reflect that gleam in your work?

I just finished my first year at Frank Penny and before joining I worked as a management consultant within financial services at KPMG.

What caught your eye about our company and what keeps that sparkle alive in your everyday work?

What drew me to this position and continues to keep me engaged is the company's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to continuous improvement. I enjoy working with the super skilled team and whilst we are dedicated to our mission we make sure to have a lot of fun together.  

How does Frank Penny encourage creativity and collaboration?

We're all about creativity and teamwork. We encourage everyone to think outside the box and come up with innovative and new ideas. Our team is made up of people from all kinds of backgrounds and experiences, bringing a variety of skills to the table. We often work together on projects, which means we're always learning from each other and sparking new ideas along the way.

What makes our team a captivating sight to behold and why do you think others would be drawn to join us?
